Bad service need to see more doctor for important doctor note. Bad attitude with ladies, very unprofessional why we keep on dealing with rude people everyday
It was my first time at Aunt Martha’s and I accidentally went to the wrong Aunt Martha’s. Both of the heights establishments were very accommodating and yes I did still have to wait for a few minutes but the staff was friendly and nice. The doctor was sweet and had me laughing. I did read the reviews before I came and I decided to have my own experience at a place that is willing to help me for little to nothing. The staff is wonderful and I will be back often
In the past 8 years I've come, here quality of care has declined. This location has the worst reputation for keeping appointments, hiring psychiatrists in a timely manor, rudeness, and keeping regulated with patient rights. After, not seeing a doctor there for less than a year my records were purged. Legally, they are required to hold onto documents for 10 years. This place needs to be closed, its not safe for people to depend on that little care for qaulity and lack of empathy. I was sent a letter a few months back promising that my old doctor would be replaced. Now, Aunt Martha's says they have no open appointments and no doctors hired. Ridiculous!
Poor customer service with little professionalism and work ethics.
Avoid this place at all costs. I've never waited less than 4 hours! Lost my blood test results TWICE. Doc says come back in a week and the front desk won't schedule you for any less than 3 weeks, They told me I was an hour late for my appt (I wasn't) and would have to reschedule in three weeks! Switched my doctor 4 times in 2 years. Good luck with your prescriptions and referrals.
