The staff is terrible all they do is sit around in talk about unrelated work things if u have a appointment u will be there over the appointment hour... They take their time doing there job please be prepared to stay 2 hours over your appointment time with no sorry
After 2 months of seeing Dr Brown I am still suffering from the same issues. I just called to see if they could move my appointment up and was told that if my issues were that serious then go to the hospital the lady then hung up in my face after yelling and being very rude. I hate everything about this clinic from the long wait time to the Doctors who basically waste your time. I have been looking for other clinics but can't get in until December. Do not go here.
Dr. Ruby Allen is a great doctor. Too bad he's working with the worst staff ever. Rude assholes that have constant attitudes. They don't give him messages AT ALL(he told me this himself) and I've NEVER ONCE gotten a call back in all the times I have left messages. In order to get things done, i've had to actually DRIVE UP THERE and plant my butt in the chair and stare them down until they did what i wanted. Pathetic people/ they need to lose their jobs. There are so many people that need those jobs and could do it a hundred times better. They have no regard for your health or time or convenience. I had pain and needed to see the doctor for a refill for vicodin, got called to reschedule....it takes almost a month to get another appointment. I wish they'd get fired. this is ridiculous and if it wasn't for my gyne, I'd have left a long time ago.
First off I will start off by saying that Dr. Ruby is the one of the best Obgyn's out there. I have followed him around in several office moves from Frankfort to Oak Lawn and now here. This is by far the WORST health clinic I have ever been to. I feel so bad that Dr. Ruby has to work with this incompetent staff the front desk does a terrible job the wait is always super long my appts take 2 hrs each time and lets not mention what its like when you call for an appointment it rings and rings then it just hangs up.
The front desk is horrible never answer the phones an they are very rude Hate calling to make an apt you have to make your apt there in side office. Bad at customer service.
