I can never talk to anyone on the phone!!! It is so irritating to keep calling and calling and no one answers!
Staff required that I make two separate appointments on seperate days and times so that I can complete their labs. The nature of my visit to this office was solely to get a referral to a specialist at Jesse Brown VA which does not require any lab work.
Whenever i call all I get is an automated voice that promises to return my call, but doesn't!
I called Jesse Brown immediately afterwards and had an appointment scheduled with the specialist I needed to see. They did not require that I complete labs either.
The staff at this office are so unqualified, lazy, and incompetent.
