I have now used this company twice and I am extremely pleased with their service. These men were very professional and handled my furniture with great respect. The prices they offered were extremely low and reasonable. They made my moving experience a pleasurable one. I will be using them again!!!
I really appreciate their service, I had much to do the morning I was scheduled with Mark Movers to pick up my 81year old mother's piano, which she had since the early 70s and a TV Stand. So it was important to me that they be on time. They called 25 minutes before scheduled and said they would arrive in 20 minutes AND THEY DID!
They did a really nice job keeping us within budget. I wasa a little worried after seeing some bad reviews but the Better Business Bearue was a good record where the true bad reviews go up on. Also they are members of some other associations that move military. Nice people on the phone and in person. Nothing broke or lost. Good price and they did the move on time. Just do you research before hiring a moving company ask for refrences!
I only gave 4 stars because I felt the truck should have been better equipped. These guys should have some type of ramp when lifting heavy items high onto the truck, also, I am not sure if I saw them wearing a back brace/support belt.
I would definitely call Mark Movers for my next move.
