I am absolutely never taking my clothes to this place again! I took my clothes there for their drop off laundry service to wash and fold my clothes. I had over 90 pounds of clothes. I asked them if they were going to be able to keep up with everything and they said sure no problem. Well I have several of my favorite clothing pieces missing. I went back to them after discovering they were missing and the lady just looked at me like sorry too bad. She gave me the manger's number and I have been calling everyday for almost two weeks and when he finally did call me back, he gave me some line about not taking responsibility for losing my clothes, then said they would give me $40 and 40 pounds of washing. My designer clothes that they lost/stole was worth far more than that, and why would I trust them with more of my clothes? Oh they are definitely responsible for my clothes! I declined and told them that was an insult. These people are the worst! They didn't lose/steal my raggedy workout clothes. They have basically picked out some of my best pieces and STOLE them. Do NOT take your clothes here. You have been warned!
