Literally the best service ove received from any CD one price cleaners. I moved to area recently and am already treated like family. I work for the railroad so it's imperative I get my uniforms back on time and perfectly creased. Not only do they accommodate me by having my order done before the scheduled time, but they even ask how my wife and family are which the previous cleaners that I moved from did not do. Definitely the best of the best when it comes to customer service and quality care.
There is a manager there by the name of Shesha who provides outstanding service. She is always smiling, is very prompt and efficient. I am usually in a hurry to get in & get out, as I often pick up my uniforms before going to work. When she is there,

The service is pretty good. You have changed hands a few times; I've been a customer since the Chicago Heights store opened its doors. You lost my garments twice; the first time they were never recovered and you gave me a payout; the second time they were recovered but you failed to compensate me in some way, for the inconvenience I suffered; it took you three weeks to find my garments. Overall, the service is pretty good, I continue to be a customer.
As a professional in customer service, I expect at least good customer service everywhere I go. I don’t always receive it, BUT here I receive excellent customer service. Upon walking in the staff is always working hard and laughing, enjoying work!
The staff is always courteous and greets every customer. KeKe is great because she makes an effort to remember the names of customers and she is pleasant and cheerful!! The manager Shesha is also always pleasant.
As long as I’m living in Olympia Fields I will come to this cleaners!
One person I would like to point out is Ke Ke! She remembers my name every time I walk in and always greets with a smile! I pass 3 cleaners just to come to this one because of her and the service everyone provides!
